From arrival in Crowne Plaza Dubai, to departure, you receive excellent personal service given in a very friendly manner.
The rooms in Crowne Plaza Hotel Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road are spacious and the only word to describe them and the beautiful view, was SUPERB.

The night club at Crowne Plaza Dubai called Zinc is a little shady attracting young single women of the night and single men.
Located on Shaikh Zayed Road, the hotel is in close proximity to a Metro station, various supermarkets, the Dubai Mall, the convention center, the Emirates Towers and a choice of restaurants etc.
Large, clean rooms that have sofa sets and other furniture.
Bathrooms are very tidy and cleaned daily. Sufficient towels and robes supplied on a daily basis.
Fridays are special as complimentary dates and arabic coffee is supplied to guests of the hotel.
The hotel has a fantastic gymnasium that is well-equipped with cross trainers, walkers, rowers, bikes and resistance machines. The works.
Considering it is one of the oldest hotels in Dubai, it looks a bit jaded. Certain sections may be in need of renovation and a face-lift.
Rooms close to the elevator are a big NO-NO, especially if you value a sound sleep at night.
Even non-smoking rooms emanate a stench of cigarette smoke. Ask for another room if the stink is too much to bear.
The service standards haven't really kept up with what you may expect in Dubai. Needs to be overhauled.
Club Class customers receive Molton Brown toiletries. Excellent quality.
Frequented by women-of-the-night, in fact, you'll also find a few hanging around in the lobby. So, if you're traveling with family, then avoid.
The Hotel operates a free shuttle bus to Emirates Mall, Dubai Mall and Jumeirah Beach. Ask for timings at reception.
The Wi-Fi costs AED 60 per hour. A tad too expensive. However free wi-fi is available if you're eating at one of the restaurants.
The breakfast served at the Al Dana Cafe is very good with sufficient variety and good taste.

Sakura, at The Crowne Plaza Dubai features live teppanyaki tables, a sushi bar, and two private tatami rooms. The Prawn Tempura Sushi is very yummy,
Wagamama, a British noodle house chain, at The Crowne Plaza Dubai has excellent noodle dishes and should not be missed.
Café Barbera, a nice Italian joint has authentic Italian roasted coffee. Their delectable Panini Rustico Sandwiches and a slice of gateaux pannetone is worth dying for. ;-)
Al Tannour, a fine Lebanese dinner restaurant serves up some great Arabic food.
Harvester's is a sports bar, with lots of televisions and also a screen. Great place to watch sports with friends.
Al Fresco Italian is my favorite as well and serves excellent food/drinks.
Al Dana which is the main restaurant serves international food and is good option as well.
You have others like Oscan Vine, Trader Vics, and Zinc to enjoy music/drinks as well.
